What to send

What we do once we receive a valid notice
We review the notice, locate the material identified in the notice, and either remove or restrict access to the material while the dispute is resolved. We then notify the user who supplied the material, if applicable.
Counter-notices
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the same six elements adapted to a counter-claim. We forward counter-notices to the original claimant and restore the material after the statutory waiting period unless we receive evidence that legal action has been filed.
Repeat infringers
This product profile does not host user accounts, so the repeat-infringer policy applies only to repeat notices sent about material we publish ourselves. We do not publish material we know to be infringing.
