Five controls available in the app
The destination surface offers a Responsible Use area inside Settings. Five controls are typically available: session timer, deposit cap, loss limit, wager limit and reality check. Each is described below.
Session timer
The app closes automatically after the chosen duration. The timer is per-day and resets at midnight in the local time zone. The timer is enforced regardless of the round state.
Deposit cap
A daily, weekly or monthly cap on deposits. The cap is enforced by the destination surface and may take up to 24 hours to apply after you change it.
Loss limit
A daily, weekly or monthly cap on net losses. Net losses are calculated by the destination surface from settled play.
Wager limit
A cap on total wagered amount per day, week or month. The cap is enforced at bet placement.
Reality check
A periodic in-app reminder showing how long the session has been running and the net result. The reminder can be set to appear every 30, 60 or 90 minutes.
Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion blocks access to the destination surface for the chosen period, from 7 days up to permanent. Use the contact form to extend or remove a self-exclusion after the period ends.
Three escalation paths
If the in-app controls are not enough, three escalation paths are available. The support team can connect you with regional problem-play support organisations on request. The contact form reaches the support team and the reply is private. If a regional regulator is the right place for your case, the support team will provide the relevant regulator details on request.
Age restriction
The Yono VIP Game product is for users aged 18 and above. The destination surface enforces the age check at account creation. getyonovipgame.com itself does not host accounts.

The Yono VIP Game product is available only in regions where the destination surface is permitted. The list of permitted regions is published by the destination surface and is not reproduced here.
